Well, you could probably make more money by have hosting. (just put google ads on your site).

what should I do with all my current web scripts (the stuff I had before hosting)? SHould I only offer the m to members? Or to anyone that visits my site?

Probably only the members. You could try making a script install script so users can easyly put them on their sites.
