Yeah those old movies just don't compare to some of the recent suspense/horror movies out today. I'm sure they're thinking back to when they first saw it when they were 12 years old and were kept up all night.

The scariest movie I saw when I was growing up was Stephen King's IT http://imdb.com/title/tt0099864/

Scariest movie i ever saw has to be, hands down, The Descent. It was so...disturbing, in a way that made you check your back to make sure nothing is following you, and in a way to make you let out a little nervous laugh. Scary ass movie, but still great.

Scary Movie is the greatest parody movie of all time. The newest one didn't have the same touch, but it was still great! My favourite of the set would have to be 1 or 2, they are great!
