I'd just like to say thanks Tizag for having your free tutorials!
These have been a blessing...
After learning HTML, and CSS at w3schools.com, i came here to expand my web development knowledge with PHP, MySQL, and as of last night, JavaScript.
I have no intention of leaving either. ;)

I'd also like to thank the forums for being so helpful all the time. Especially Scriptor and Techietim.

Thanks a bunch guys. Your tutorials are truely top-notch!

I think tizag will be more successful if it puts in those references w3schools has. Then, it might actually be even better than w3schools. :D

Yes, Tizag is an awesome tutorial site, it helped me get better at PHP, but at the moment I am concentrating on learning CSS.

I was the first non-Tizag guy here, w0000t! But TechieTim's way more active. Anyway, I help when I can.

And I would say, Tizags' tutorials are better than W3schools' tutorials. It is more 'illustrated' aka: gives examples as soon as it explains a piece of code :).

Yeah, w3 is too organized/processional. Tizag is easy and fun :D

Tizag's pretty organized too, w3c, takes more of a "here's some info, learn it" approach, Tizag actually teaches.

Tizag also has those new text boxes that run a code on its server which allows you to play around and test it a little bit after every lesson which is nice. I belive w3schools has a couple of those to.

But tizag is better. It just seems friendlier, and like it teachers more.

Tizag helped me lots to with php and now javascript and CSS.

I think eventually there should be C++ and Java tutorials to. that would be really cool.
