How to find the computer ip address?

My computer gets some problem with the ip address. So i want tried to get the ip address but it was failed. May i know the procedures to get the computer ip address becoz i know only how to find the inernet i address. I chk this address from http://www.ip-details.com/ Like the same i want the easy procedure to get the omer ip address???????

u can go to start menu -> run, type "cmd"
and then at the dos windows, type "ipconfig /all" (both without quotes)
this only show the local network address if you connect through a router to internet, anything that u share internet
if u connect via a modem directly to internet, u will see your true internet ip
anything starting like 192.168.x.x, it is local network ip, users other than your local network (home network) cant access to u by this type of ip
if u see 127.0.0.1, forget about it, that means the computer it self, everyone has this ip it means localhost also
the IP, 0.0.0.0, and 255.255.255.255 isnt used

if you only find your local network IP, you need to go into your router, or the modem to see the actual internet address
you open any browser, like IE, and type 192.168.1.1, or 192.168.0.1, or some others, then if you didnt set the password for the router, the default is usually like this
username:admin
password: admin, or password, or something easy, search on internet, or ask your router's manufactor
then flood around the router, u will see the actual internet address

so, the easier way is to go to that address u mentioned, and get your internet address
