Looking for a person for database development work

I'm looking for someone skilled in database management, development and the related website coding. The company i work for is currently redoing their website - public and backend.

What's needed?
- Willingness to work alone, or with a few other people depending on the job
- Working knowledge of HTML/PHP/Mysql/CSS/XML
- Database management/planning

Not required, but a definite plus:
- having worked with the twitter/facebook API's

This is a paid gig. how much depends on your skills, and what you and the boss man agree to. References aren't required, but would help in my decision.

Just thought you guys would like to know that the site that we've been working on is set to go live on the 28th of Sept. The site is being finalized and debugged.

Everyone give sefrez a lot of +rep (not that you can give bad rep anymore), he's done an amazing job with putting up with me and the demands of the job. What started out with a few pages turned into 99% of the backend.

We weren't able to find anyone to do the facebook stuff, the few that replied abandoned us at the last minute (you know who you are), ended up having to delay that until we can find a company to do it.

Got another offer for someone who's willing to put the time and effort.

Situtation:
We have an upload script that's not performing as it should (not because of coding, but because of the complexity of what's required), its not reliable.

What we need is something like filechucker, i love the features that it has and its the same concept as what we need. I won't go into the requirements for the script, except to say that it would be great if this could become an actual program that our users could download to upload their stuff and also use it to manage those files.
